Mohamed entered the 5-star world of the Riviera at a very young age. He started at the Michelin-starred Louis XV restaurant in Monaco, where he worked under the renowned Alain Ducasse, known as « the artisan of flavors ».

After years on the French Riviera, where he worked in 5-star hotels such as Château St Martin in Vence, Relais & Château: Le St Paul, and not forgetting La Chèvre d’Or in Èze, Mohamed decided to move to St Barth. There, he enjoyed the exceptional view of the Caribbean Ocean from a tropical paradise, a 5-star resort called Le Toiny, where he worked for 8 years.

It was also here that his passion for entrepreneurship began to take root. He wondered why no one was importing Grand Cru wines to the French island, with a luxury industry in full growth and 15 megayachts docked at the marina.

Mohamed quickly launched his first company, Absolutely Wine, where he imported Grand Cru wines. As the first wine cellar to do so in St Barth, he sold to restaurants and hotels, but also had a cellar at the marina. He sold the company in 2006 when he moved to New York. From there, he launched his second business, Vacation in Paradise, organizing complete stays for Americans in St Barth. He also met his wife in New York, and after a few years, they decided to return to the French Riviera.

Today, Mohamed wanted to turn his passion for high-end customer service and luxury cars into a career. He gained solid expertise by working at Chabé, the oldest and largest limousine transport company in France. He realized that most private drivers on the French Riviera were seasonal, individual businesses, and that there was real potential for a well-organized company on the Riviera.

Today, years later, Ruby Services can boast contracts with a large number of private clients, media outlets, and yacht management companies operating in connection with the French Riviera.
